Whether it's programming a video game, writing a piece of software or putting together a website, I am passionate about creating interactive experiences with code. What sets me apart is that I have both technical and artistic skills, so not only am I able to make things work, I can also make them look pretty.
Being a natural problem solver, I love learning about complex algorithms, working with new technologies and tackling unknown concepts head on. My projects include three shipped mobile games, building a multi-touch table, working with augmented reality and developing a Unity game using the Emotiv EPOC neuroheadset. With a Bachelor of Information Technology, a Diploma of Applied Art and three years of professional programming experience, I have worked with a variety of software and languages and in this ever-growing tech industry I am eager to expand my developer knowledge.
Away from the computer I keep myself busy with travel, yoga, cooking and photography. I am also an accomplished musician, playing the violin, fiddle, bagpipes and piano, and was a member of the Canadian military for six years.
